THE CLOVERLEAF RANCH FACILITY INCLUDES

-All Stalls are 12' x 24' in size

-Our Pipe Barn (the stalls are half-covered) and Show Barn -Availability at $405/month which includes:

• AM & PM feeding of either oat/rye/alfalfa
• You may furnish your own stubstitues or supplements (must be stored in a secured container)
• Stalls cleaned 6 days per week by Cloverleaf staff
• Boarding includes use of facility: 160 acres of riding trails, 2 outdoor arenas, 1 covered arena, 1 round pen
• Tack boxes available
• No stallions or viscious horses
• No dogs allowed on the premises
• No cribbers
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Parking in lot at entrance. Trailers may park only if space is available
• Turn-out available at $40/month (weather conditions may prohibit)
• Lighted stalls $30/month
• Western riding lessons available
